Exact Dispensing Systems was founded in 1978 in Newcastle, Maine, located along the state’s coast.

During the company’s first year in business, Exact Dispensing Systems completed development of a positive displacement metering system that has since become a standard in the industry. Constant improvement efforts over the years have resulted in one of the most accurate, robust, and trouble-free metering systems on the market today.

As the company continued to grow, a variety of high-quality, dependable products were developed and distributed directly to the marketplace.
